Clear pay and stable employment

  • A transparent and competitive hourly rate

At Evolution 2, there are no surprises when it comes to your pay. Whether you're a trainee or an experienced instructor, the hourly rate is clear and similar for everyone — with even a small increase during peak season. You’re paid fairly for the work you do.

  • A guaranteed volume of hours

We know that in this profession, it’s not always easy to get enough hours. Here, you can count on at least 400 hours at mid-altitude resorts, and up to 600 hours in high-mountain areas! 📅 That kind of stability makes it easier to plan your season — and your income.

Enjoy great working conditions

  • Smaller groups for better teaching

Lessons are limited to a maximum of 8 students, so you can truly focus on each one. It’s more effective and makes the experience more enjoyable — both for you and your students.

  • A comfortable environment

You'll have access to well-equipped spaces where you can rest between lessons. On top of that, the schedule is flexible, allowing you to manage your time in a way that fits your personal life. The atmosphere is warm and friendly — and it shows in our team, with many instructors who’ve been with us since the very beginning!

An easier life on-site

  • Discounted accommodation

Finding a place to live in a ski resort isn’t always easy. Evolution 2 offers affordable housing solutions to help you settle in stress-free, depending on the resort area. It’s a real plus — no headaches, just support to help you get set up and enjoy life on-site. 🏠

  • Looking to work year-round?

Skiing is amazing, but it’s often seasonal. At Evolution 2, you can also work during the summer thanks to outdoor activities and business tourism. This means stable, year-round employment — helping you secure your income and gain a variety of new experiences.

Beyond the field, administrative and tax management can be a source of stress. A dedicated service helps instructors optimize their income, manage their declarations, and simplify procedures. This personalized support frees up time and energy to focus on what truly matters: teaching and building relationships with clients.

A continuing training path for development

  • Additional Training

Technical expertise doesn’t stop with obtaining a diploma. We offer courses in languages, first aid, freeride, adaptive skiing, and more. These cross-disciplinary skills help create well-rounded profiles, capable of teaching all types of audiences and adapting to various conditions.

  • Support for Trainee Instructors

For future graduates, joining this school means benefiting from an ideal environment to train while gaining practical experience. The guaranteed number of teaching hours and personalized support allow you to build both experience and expertise under the best possible conditions. Our Technical Test Preparation course, formerly known as the Eurotest, helps trainee instructors get ready for this essential step in the certification process.

What do our instructors think?

"I’m from the Southern Alps. That’s where I had my first competitions, did my first seasons, and gave my first lessons. Then one day, a bit by chance, I ended up in Tignes, helping out Evolution 2 for the month of April. I was still a trainee instructor. I didn’t know then that this detour would become a real turning point! Three winters later, I’m still proudly wearing Evolution 2’s navy blue in Tignes. And it’s more than just a color—it’s a place that helps you grow. A school that trains you, pushes you, supports you. It’s here that I took my final exam, here that I got my certification, and here that I found my place.

What else did I find? An international clientele that makes every week different. Group lessons limited to 8 students, allowing for the best teaching conditions. And a clear hourly rate, known from the start of the season (which is super handy!). But above all… I found a team. Colleagues who became friends. An atmosphere that’s hard to explain, but that could be summed up in a few words: kindness, mutual support, off-piste adventures, and lots of laughter.

So here it is. My detour through Tignes turned into a true love story with Evo2!"
